There is an indoor swimming pool that offers lap swimming, a whirlpool and a wading pool. New, lighted tennis courts are just outside the pool. Reese's Resort is located on the shore of Wilson Lake, which is part of the Phillips Chain of Lakes, which also includes Lake Duroy, ELk Lake and Long Lake. The Phillips Chain of Lakes is one of the best kept secrets in the northwoods for catching musky, walleye and crappie. Locally, the lakes have been known for the numbers of musky - including large fish. Lately, the secret has been getting around about the incredible musky fishery. The water is stained, encompasses 1236 acres and is 54 feet deep at the deepest point. Along with the musky, you'll find walleye, crappie, bass, northern, crappie, bluegill and perch. Because of the water color, the water warms up quickly in the spring and the fishing actions heats up rather quickly. Lake Duroy's west side may be the first to warm up and produce fish, but the whole chain quickly follows suit, including the weedy shorelines of Wilson Lake.
